Our Shepherd’s Shepherds “Favour”, FCI Dutch Shepherd, daughter of FCI Ork and FCI Joy, is Jennifer’s personal working girl. Favour is a dual-purpose working Dutch and Jennifer’s main deer tracking and blood trailing dog, having found several of the biggest whitetail deer in Kentucky. Favour has a great nose, excellent focus, and an impressive gait and contact heel, resembling a Tennessee Walking Horse. Trained in personal protection and home defense, she has a deep bite, excellent hold and grip on suit, and is extremely smart. She was an excellent mother, one of the best we’ve ever seen. Most of her offspring are sport candidates and family companions, with a few home-defense family Dutchies. Favour has a great temperament, a serious disposition when working, and a beautiful off-switch when being a regular family companion. She is a very confident and independent girl, highly focused and alert, yet excellent with our children and other Dutchies. Her best friends are Iceman, whom she is completely in love with, and SOZO, my wolf dog. Favour stands 23 inches tall, is thick and wide-built, and weighs 65-70 lbs. She has excellent health results and is clear of all genetic issues tested through Embark Genetics DNA.
